International Engagement Director’s Profile

Rosan Sapkota is the International Engagement Director at Uniglobe College, bringing over two decades of international leadership experience across higher education engagement, finance, governance, and cross-border partnerships. A Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and a Member of Institute of Hospitality (IOH) he combines strong financial and institutional governance expertise with deep operational and strategic insight gained from senior roles within multinational organisations in the United Kingdom and international markets.

Rosan has led and supported international collaborations, institutional partnerships, and transnational initiatives across Europe, Africa, and South Asia. His professional background includes senior finance leadership roles within global corporations, alongside extensive experience in entrepreneurship, infrastructure investment, and board-level governance.

At Uniglobe College, he is responsible for developing and strengthening international university partnerships, promoting global academic collaboration, and advancing the College’s internationalisation strategy in line with global quality standards. He is particularly focused on building sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with universities and institutions worldwide.
