What happens when you see 120 young and aspirant leaders of the country in a ceremony, where they are equipped with power of knowledge, skills and expertise? It’s obvious that our heart is felt with hope for the prosperous country, which happened in the Graduation Ceremony of MBA 6th & 7th batch of Uniglobe College which held at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat.
In the graduation ceremony, there was the presence of dynamic and distinguish personalities from academic field and corporate sector. Students are awarded in different categories within ECA award and Academic excellence award for their outstanding performance in respective categories. The Graduation ceremony was moderated by Mr. Dipkar Thapa, Program Director of Uniglobe College.
Addressing the ceremony Dr. Nar Bahadur Bista, Principal of the college inform that each year 120 MBA graduates graduated from Uniglobe College, which itself is the pride for the college. He adds that Uniglobe College is strong in Research & publications i.e. academic articles, journals in the field of management and finance. International faculty is another key strength of college where college provides international learning exposure via lecture session with international faculty. In the practical aspects of learning college organize interaction program with corporate and business personnel along with the simulation programs.
Saurabh Jyoti, Director of Jyoti Group, Guest of honor of the ceremony argue that there are difficulties and challenges for entrepreneurs in Nepal because there is high tendency of inefficiency, if you able to make it little efficient and put out your effort there is tremendous opportunity for graduates. He adds on that successful people believe that future can be better and they have the power to make it better. He stresses on the soft skills of graduates which will leads them to success in the future.
Guru Prasad Neupane in his inspirational and motivational speech to the graduating students advises fresh graduates to take the challenges of national development. Adding the importance of private sector in economic development he adds that entrepreneurship is vital and graduates have to take initiatives, resources will not be constraints because there is tremendous opportunity as Nepal is the virgin land for entrepreneurs.
Dr. Pukar Malla, Executive Director, Guest of Honor
Dr. Pukar Malla, Executive Director of Daayitwa, Guest of honor of the ceremony started his inspirational speech by stressing on the impact that technology brings on people and society rather than the technology itself. He adds that one could be happy when one’s identity flourishes. The value of collaboration, innovation that the graduates hold will help for the prosperity of the nation. He shared that more than 80 % of Nepali live in rural area and there is huge opportunity of rural entrepreneurship at the same time challenges as well. Emphasizing on leadership for development he ends up his speech by putting three
different leadership challenges for graduates.

Academic Advisor Prof. Dr. Radhe Shyam Pradhan started his graduation speech by congratulating the graduating students of MBA 6th and 7th batch. He adds MBA graduates of Uniglobe College are the most desirable graduates in the field of finance as they are equipped with knowledge of financial tools, technique and knowledge. However, there are challenges for graduates in implication of knowledge in the real field and he argue that Unigloblian can compete in international arena as they are equipped with research oriented learning procedure.
In the closing ceremony Dr. Khagendra Ojha address the contributing of Uniglobe family for the academic excellence with vote of thanks to all the faculties, administration, staffs and especially all the graduating students. He stresses on entrepreneurship & entrepreneurial skills for prosperity and flourishing one’s identity and national development.
