The country needs young and aspirant students for the development as they are the driver of change. The spirit, knowledge and skills they have will brings change in the society and contribute in development. In the graduation ceremony of 3rd batch of BBA, there were the bunch of 94 aspiring BBA graduates, from whom nation expects their contribution and leadership for development. Graduation ceremony was held at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat Kathmandu.
In welcome speech Dr. Nar Bahadur Bista emphasis that college has been focusing on practical learning approach for academic and professional excellence of students. He congratulates the graduating students and express his thanks to the graduating students for their contribution in making Uniglobe College one of the best business school of the country.
“Everything can be achievable”, look at me I was tempo driver then I became entrepreneur and now I am industrialist Ms. Laxmi Sharma, chairperson of Laxmi Wood Craft speaks to inspire young graduates. She shared her struggles, challenges, and difficulties of life and she further adds cooperation and collaboration is vital for development.
Mr. Nigam Adhikari, Vice president of Deurali Janta Pharmaceuticals shared his thought that management is the art of utilizing creativity and innovation. He advised graduates to go behind the problem and find out the innovative solutions while talking about the dots between management and Pharmaceuticals field.
They said think beyond the box but actually there in no such box, Raveena Deshraj Shrestha, Chief business officer of Mega Bank argued. She signifies the role of economic freedom and economic empowerment for development and to stop labor outflow from the country. Graduates need to go behind making their own identity by pursuing career in what they are interested and good at.
Addressing the ceremony Punya Prasad Neupane, Executive Director Nepal Administrative Staff College advised graduates “Don’t run behind opportunities; create opportunities for self and others via entrepreneurship”. He signifies the role of entrepreneurship in development and suggest graduates to engage in entrepreneurship.
Congratulating the graduates, Prof. Pradhan suggest that they need to implement their acquired academic approaches, mechanism and skills in the real field. Talking on the effort college has made to provide better teaching learning environment for the academic excellence students he argued graduates are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge required in their life. Addressing the closing ceremony, Dr. Khagendra Ojha, director of the college express thanks to Uniglobe family for the academic excellence while congratulating all the graduating students. Dr. Ojha emphasis on the implementation of academic knowledge in the practical filed is vital for the graduates to be successful in the future.
